By creating an account, you agree to:

• Keep your login details secure and confidential.

• Be responsible for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that appears to violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

3. Products and Orders

All merchandise available on our Site is produced and fulfilled by Printful. When you place an order:

• You are purchasing directly through our Wix-powered storefront.

• Production, shipping, and delivery are handled by Printful on our behalf.

• Product images and descriptions are provided for reference slight variations in color, print placement, or sizing may occur. 

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product or pricing at any time without prior notice.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Wix’s integrated payment system or other approved third-party processors.
You agree to:

• Provide valid payment information.

• Authorize us (and our partners) to charge your payment method for all purchases made through the Site.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are fulfilled by Printful, which manages printing, packaging, and shipping.
Shipping times and costs vary based on your location and product availability. Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

• Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
   

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Because all products are made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

• The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at DontDieWandering403@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the problem.
Refunds or replacements are handled in accordance with Printful’s return policy and at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content including text, artwork, images, music, logos, and designs is the property of Don't Die Wandering or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of the Site without prior written permission from us.
